Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GamePlanr ("the Service"), operated by GamePlanr ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service includes all GamePlanr applications: Field Management, Calendar, Lineup Builder, and any future products.

2. Description of Service

GamePlanr provides sports league management tools including field scheduling, practice booking, team management, calendar synchronization, and lineup building. The Service is provided on a free and paid subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Organization owners are responsible for managing access and roles within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Scrape, data mine, or collect information from the Service without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro" plan). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Content"), including organization details, team information, booking data, and uploaded files. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content as necessary to provide the Service. We will not sell or share Your Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as TeamSnap, Stripe, and calendar applications. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may disconnect integrations at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamePlanr and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
